Job Summary (Main responsibilities):
Achieve sales budget within margin guideline. Provide professional contact window to help customers achieve their mission

Key Responsibilities:

? Achieve sales and profitability goals of Agfa products and services
? Serve as customers’ valuable and trusted contact for Agfa products, services, technical issues, and supply issues
? Drive/manage relationships within the industry, including, but not limited to, professional societies, dealers, OEMs.
? Develop key account-specific business plans to increase Agfa value
? Align with PRC HEIT workflow/regulation, and keep more transparent and efficiency team work.
? Utilize sales tool efficiently, e.g. Syracuse, PACT, Weekly review and plan…

Required competencies & skills
? More than 3 years experience for PRC healthcare business.
? More than 1 years experience for PRC healthcare IT business
? Works independently; self-initiated; good business sense, customer oriented; open-minded; willing to travel; can work under pressure and deadlines; excellent negotiation and communication skills. Good learning skills.
? Sales representative’s position is preferable that have Healthcare working experience; the strong IT background will be a plus. Strategic selling experience/capability to CxO.

Required qualifications & years/type of experience
? Bachelor’s in IT, Medicine or Business strongly desired.
? At least 3 years of product experience within the HealthCare industry
? At least 2 years of customer facing experience in the HealthCare industry
