SAP实施工程师 - Need infrastrcture and SAP experience（候选人需具有SAP实施经验/IT专业技术背景/MM模块内部顾问经验)


主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibility
组织协调和实施SAP用户培训
Coordinates and performs end-users trainings 根据具体情况不断调整培训材料
Contributes to adjust training documentation to sites specifics
和关键用户一起协调，计划和执行培训
Plan and execute training programs (in coordination with key users)
审核材料供应商价格合同
Actively promotes better utilization of applications and document user procedures
提供区域用户支持
Performs 1st level end-user support从最终用户处收集疑问、故障及报错信息
Receives incidents from the end-users
每天将收集到的疑问或报错信息整理成文档上报至stratos系统
Daily o Documents solutions/results about incidents/demands in the ticket management system
提供远程（电话，远程控制）和现场支持
Provides either remote (phone, remote-control) or in sites support
如果发现或识别出相关的不断累积突出问题，应向相关工厂管理层上报或上报至上一级IT部门
If relevant, identifies and escalates problems to the sites management and/or to the 2nd level Competence Center
在整个SAP项目使用生命周期内，提供专业支持服务
? Support on lifecycle management of the application for his/her functional domain 收集及具体描述工厂用户需求
Collects and describes local requirements from sites (Requests For Change)
协调各职能部门具体要求并加以具体分析判断
Elaborates functional specifications and get them validated
推动优先事项的建立
Facilitates the establishment of priorities
针对广大SAP用户群的相关决策进行沟通工作
Communicates decisions made to the users community
在专业领域范围内持续改进
? Ensures Continuous Improvement in his/her functional domain定期做相关测试确保数据的相关性及一致性
Maintains coherence and consistency of data by executing periodic tests
帮助相关职能部门采取一定的行动计划以求获得最佳实践经验，以及提高数据质量
Helps the functions take actions in order to promote best practices and improve the data quality
积极提高SAP支持团队的质量及效率
Actively contributes to improving the quality and efficiency of the SAP support chain

1、较强的IT知识

Familiar with the operation module and processes of enterprise especial for manufacturing industrials　　　　　　3、熟悉ERP系统(特别是MFG/PRO和SAP/ORACLE）
Familiar with ERP system (MFG/PRO/SAP/ORACLE preferred)　　　　　　　　　
4、比较强的组织协调沟通能力
Good coordination and communication skills　　　　　　　　　
5、英文说写能力
Ability on English reading ,speaking and writing
