职位描述
Main responsiblities & key tasks
1. Self-service banking industry related software solution delivery including requirement study, coding, User Acceptant testing support, pilot support and documents and installation disk preparation.
2. Trip to based location and other cities to do the tasks if necessary.
3. Prepare statement-of-work, User Acceptant Testing test cases, operation manuals and installation manuals.
4. ATM controller program enhancement, upgrade and maintenance. As the owner of ABC Guangdong,BOC Hunan, RCCU Dongguan,RCCU Zhongshan, RCCU Zhaoqing.
5. Follow the instruction from his supervisors, Project Manager and Professional Service Manager.
6. Quick response to hotline inquiry and problem report.
7. Conduct technical or operation training to Service Division, solution partners and end-users.
8. Learn & familiar with business know-how and technical know-how on self-service banking industry.
9. Acquire the technical know-how from HQ&ASP SSD.
10.Well cooperate with sales manager, service engineer and ASP SSD support staff during ATMC enhancement ad problem solving.
11.Customer expectation management skills such as presentation skills, customer know how, when and what solution will be deployed.
12.Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
Personal Requirements
1. At least 5 year of working experience
2. Experience in ATM industry is a definite advantage
3. Eager to acquire the technical know-how.
4. Teamwork spirit
Subordinates: 3 Persons
Education / Special Knowledge & Skills
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related fields or equivalent field experience
2. Knowledge of VC++ is a must
3. Experience of Java/J2EE software development/test for the Web Application or Enterprise Application
4. English in writing & reading is a must
5. Quality Assurance knowledge is a definite advantage.
6. Unix/Linux and shell programming basics is an advantage.
7. Knowledge in Database administration and programming, Web Server administration, Web application server administration is definite an advantage.
