1. Execution Planning

? Perform AAA display plan report compilation and monitor on execution compliance
? Follow up on feedback ensuring fulfilment of AAA display achievement
? POSM/ Sample / Premium arrangement between internal & external party
? Facilitate in compiling customer consent letter acknowledgement
? Ad hoc POSM printing & lamination
?
2. Coordination & distribution
? Liaison with logistic arrangement in distribution/delivery of POP communication materials, sample pack & premium to designated locations
? Ensure timely delivery & accurately
? Allocation of manpower from 3rd party (part timer) for Channel marketing functional
3. Administrative
? Responsible in printing & distribution of monthly S&M bulletin
? Cross checking entire sales team personal claim, recording in a log book and follow up with finance
? Verify retail customer claim / debit notes submission in related to One system before sending to finance
? EM’s merchandising monthly reimbursement
? Verification of 3rd party worker extra hour & transportation claims
