职位描述

The goal of the eBusiness team is to drive organic growth of revenues by providing state of the art science, marketing and eCommerce capabilities through the eBusiness channel. The eMarketing Specialist position is responsible for supervising the production of email communications such as client newsletters, product surveys and feedback forms, company announcements and sales promotions. This position will work closely with company's graphic design, product development and marketing teams to create visually appealing email templates, effective landing pages and other online messaging for various audiences. The ideal candidate will be a talented, innovative, proactive and detail-oriented individual who possesses a strong desire to actively shape the eBusiness presence at MP Biomedicals. The candidate will have a superior understanding of the life science, and/or chemicals business and technology areas with hands-on experience and demonstrated success in the eBusiness channel and related applications.
? Develop and implement the email marketing plan for each product line in all supported geographic areas and languages.
? Research opportunity for market penetration utilizing email content; Create awareness and excitement in the marketplace around company’s product offerings.
? Partner with third party content publisherswith the goal of expanding the company’s email lists for effective and targeted email marketing.
? Participate in developing the connection between company’s web content and email content by designing custom landing pages.
? Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of email marketing programs. Recommend and implement improvements.
? Ensure maintenance of consistent brand presence in all marketing materials.
Experience:
? 4+ years of increasing responsibility and experience with managing global online advertising campaigns, digital/ interactive communications and social marketing, preferably at a business-to-business company
? A thorough understanding of online marketing technologies and strategies, with a balance of hands-on execution and strategic planning. Expertise in mapping content and activities to objectives, focusing on user engagement and site consistency;
? Demonstrable success generating and implementing a strategy leading to improved leads generation, increased site traffic,and site growth;
? Real working knowledge of Email marketing tools and best practices
? Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills. Ability to manage, prioritize, multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping on deadline and in budget;
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Can collect and analyze web site data, perform market and competitive analysis, recognize trends and critical events, and continually optimize various types of web properties using metrics;
? Strong collaboration skills. Must be able to work in close cooperation with eBusiness team members, sales, marketing, and IT staff to research their needs and launch projects.
? Ability to manage and collaborate with vendors to achieve agreed upon goals.
? Proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage work against project timelines
? Excellent verbal/written communication, brilliant interpersonal skills, and be ‘culturally-aware’;
? Knowledge of CMS systems, SharePoint, Google Analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst, Exact Targetsystem will be a huge advantage
? Enormous energy and a sense of humor.
? Position reports to the Director, eMarketing
Requirements:
? Bachelor degree; Marketing, Art or Public Relations certifications and courses accepted
? Possess a solid understanding of online technologies including web analytics, online shopping behavior, processes and goals, as well as customer relationship management
? Have a minimum of 5-10 years relevant web marketing work experience
? At least 5 years of e-Commerce experience
