职位内容：
1. 远程、现场支持客户调试公司芯片产品及软件
2. 根据客户的需求，为其定制软件模块

职位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机软件相关专业,2年以上嵌入式软件开发经验,有手机类开发经验优先
2. 有使用C/C++编程的项目经历
3. 良好的英语读写和口语能力
4. 通能力强，能够有效的与客户沟通，满足客户的技术需求
5. 年轻、有活力，能够承担一定的工作强度


该职位向负责跟Marketing，Sales和客户接口的技术支持经理汇报.主要责任包括：
a)负责支持一个或同时支持多个客户
b)作为客户与公司之间的联系窗口，并负责定义和解释新产品或已有产品的技术问题，并与公司沟通相关问题
c)支持客户和design house的软件开发，以及产品生命周期内的技术问题的支持
d)负责向本地代理商的Sales和FAE提供培训；
e)与sale和marketing team配合；
f)向Marketing和Sales提供实时的产品信息和项目日程。
