Job Objective工作目标:

-To manufacture sufficient new tooling according to production demand; 根据生产要求制作新模具.

-To maintain tooling in a good condition to meet production need; 维护模具始终保持良好的状态以满足生产要求.

-Follow arrangement to go through assigned other work by shift leader 服从领班安排分配的其它任务

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

-Finish all the job what the shift leader arranged 完成领班安排的所有工作

-Manufacture acceptable tooling based on process flow and tooling manufacturing specification 根据工艺流程及模具制作规格书制造合格的模具

-Improve manufacturing quality in team of cost savings; 在成本节省的前提下改善制作质量

-Maintain tooling in a good condition; 维护模具始终在良好的状态

-5S perform; 良好的5S

-Get necessary training on tooling quality requirements; 在模具质量需求方面进行必要的培训

-Implement a consistent and fair discipline in accordance with company’s policies, rules and regulations;

-Perform safe working practice; 良好的安全工作技术

EHS 环境健康安全:

-Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules. 完全顺从当地的规章法律并遵守工厂的安全流程规则

-Attend EHS training, participate in site EHS activities and promote EHS requirements. 参加EHS培训，参加EHS活动及提升EHS需求

-Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases;

And TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline. 及时的报告任何EHS相关的伤害/周围的环境/职业卫生健康事件以及任何侥幸避免的事件.TF4/TF5,确保所有的正确的行动都在规定期限前关闭结束。

-Be responsible for own area risk assessment and keep on updating. 对自己区域的风险评估负责并持续更新.

-Be responsible for EHS inspections and program /procedure implementation in his working area

(machine guarding, LOTO, PPE, etc). 在工作区域对EHS巡查及其规章流程执行负责（设备防护，LOTO,PPE,等）

Before each job, check if the equipment/machine safety device are in good order. 在每次工作之前，检查确认设备机器的安全装置是否在良好的状态下

Job Requirements工作要求

-High school degree or above 高中以上学历

-More than three years experience in tooling manufacturing and technology; 模具制造技术领域三年以上经验

-Skillful in using mechanical tooling ; 熟练的使用机械工具

-Skillful in TIG welding and bench work techniques; 熟练操作焊机以及掌握钳工技术

-Strong sense of responsibility and awareness of quality 很强的责任感和质量意识

-Understand quickly and impact new knowledge /process 能快速理解和接受新知识和工艺

-Good capability of relationship 良好的处理关系能力

-Able to assume risks 能够承担风险

-Obey superior’s order 服从上级安排
