- Develop and implement an approved business plan that delivers the cascaded objectives and goals set by senior management
- Lead business improvement to achieve group benchmark targets
- Build up product portfolio, figure out products range in Chinese market
- Champion new and existing product development and innovation ensuring that 'valued added results' are delivered to clients; driving growth of the businesses
- Analyze competitors’ information
