工作描述：Para-legal法务助理工作主要是对SunGard 在China的各个注册法律实体的信息管理，企业运营证书和资质证书的管理、更新和存档，提供给业务部门公司信息层面的支持， 是公司对外政府机构、行业协会等机构的联络窗口。

包括但不限于：

1) 公司各法律实体换证及年检，银行印鉴更换，公司登记或注销;

2) 与资质相关的申请/延续/年检, 办理比如企业资质证书，软件证书和著作权申请及延续，费用申请&预算;

3) 高新技术企业和软件行业协会等各种协会要求的事项，

4) 政府部门要求的各项统计，协调各部门提供, 安排审核,信息上报，优惠政策沟通 ，

5) 公司各种内部文书或合同的draft如董事会决议等并跟踪内部签字、文件存档,

6) 和海外paralegal以及其它事项相关人的沟通

6) 公章管理，按流程审核盖公章文件

7) 公司资质证书的管理, 各法律实体信息的管理,支持业务部门提供信息

7) 进出口审查，

8) 合同登记（如有进口合同）,合同归档

岗位要求：

1）本科学历； 英语好（CET 6，准确地读、写、译）

2）逻辑思维佳，有良好的理解力和沟通能力

3）有良好组织协调能力，持续跟进事项直到被完成，有deadline意识和计划性

4）诚实守信，认真、独立性强，对工作结果负责

5）可以胜任大量的文书处理工作，仔细、一丝不苟。

Job Description：
Summary: Corporate paralegal position is mainly to manage all SunGard China legal entities’ company information, movements, operation certificates and qualification certificates, and keeps a good record for filing. This position manages the overview of all legal entities’ movements, coordinate internally and externally. It also provides support to business, and is a contact person to government organizations and industrial association and to meet various requirements raised by them.
Including but not limited to:
1) Company operation certificates annual check and updates, bank seal change, company registration or deregistration process;
2) Company qualification certificates application, extension and annual check;
3) New Software IP certificate application and registration, software registration extension, expenses application;
4) Meet requirements raised by Software Industrial Association, government organizations, et
5) Statistics reporting required by government, coordinate related departments to provide relevant info, attend policy notice meetings organized by government organizations
6) Intercompany agreement drafting and follow-up with signing, document filing
7) Communication with paralegal in AP and US, and other stakeholders
8) Company stamp using management, review and check the documents to be reviewed according to company stamp use process
9) Export form checking to international products’ contracts
10) Contract registration (if any import contract), contract filing

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or equivalent, Proficiency in English (CET6 or plus)
2) Good logical thinking, good understanding and communication ability
3) Well-organized person, can plan and coordinate well according to deadline, follow up constantly until items are completely closed
4) Independent, careful and detail-minded, responsible, with high integrity
5) Can handle huge amount of paper work with professionalism
