职位描述
Responsibilities: - Perform Credit Release in accordance with company policy and manage the VAT invoice issuance; |
- Check and verify expense reports and other 3rd party vendor payment in compliance with the company policy; |
- Petty cash management and bank payment through E-Bank System; |
- Perform AR clearance in the system on timely basis and reconcile AR balance with the customers once requested; |
- Perform the regular reconciliation of Sub-ledger & the General ledger on monthly basis. Requirements: - Proactive, meticulous and open-minded with high integrity; - Possess knowledge of fundamental China Accounting Standard; - Will be able to work under pressure; - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; - Be familiar with basic SAP system |
