- Teamlead for electrical engineering competences in BU APAC covering and managing
0. Teamlead of 2-5 skilled employees within electrical, scada, and grid code competences
1. WTG electrical competances (see description below)
2. APAC Grid Code market requirements (see description below)
ad. 1: WTG electrical competances
- Act as single point of contact in APAC for engineering support concerning turbine electrical and electrical balance of plant.
- Core competances covering both LV, MV, and supportive on HV.
ad. 2: APAC Grid Code market requirements
- Act as single point of contact in APAC for engineering support concerning grid codes, standards and regulations.
- Sales and Project Support, customer interaction, in relation to grid and modeling questions for wind farm grid connection. Covering both onshore and offshore applications
- Provide input concerning APAC industrialstandards to Siemens wind power Research & Development department
- Create grid requirement specifications and provide them to Sales/Proposal, Project Execution, as well as Grid connection group and project department in Brande
- Track and survey activities in APAC countries by attending prioritized industrial standard working groups and standardization committees.
- Support simulation team in Brande by giving input to models and modeling roadmap, as well as by reviewing/maintaining/validating models
- Perform electrical grid simulations and analyses to support grid stability studies and customer power system design
- Answer customer questions and concerns for use of Siemens wind power simulation models.
- Work together with CTO and Engineering Management to create white papers for internal and external use, as well as sales and proposal brochures
