Responsibilities:

• Merchandising
• Give the suggestion and assist line manager to do right range plan for store,tie to OTB and store capacity.
• Finish the range plan file from the view of bottom up with realistic ROS and ST%.
• Develop monthly product flow tie with VM guild-line, map into different fixture.
• Assist line manager do store and market research. Classify product and store grade according to customer profile.
• Build size ratio structure, insure do enough merchandise in hot size. Monitor sales down to size and color by door
• Monitor sales down to size and color by store
• Tracking the sell through by store
• Plan stock return according to assortment and monitor stock covers and sell through by store level, and help improve inventory structure to achieve sales targets.
• Promotion planning
• Price and GP planning and maintaining. Assist line manager monitor discount% and GP% by store level to make store more profitable.
• According to promotion, adjust store assortment
• Prepare weekly special item to push high sell through ,improve sales opportunity
• Optimize FPS inventory structure, week covers, and improve SKU efficiency
• Tracking product flow in store
• Adjust product flow base on actual products delivery date. Insure store first launch sku list with qty depth and meet VM SKU capacity
• Adjust store inventory according to promotion needs
• Closely monitor stock to sales ratio, and fast/slow movers and adjust inventory by stock reallocation among stores to optimize inventory structure
• Cooperate with allocater to optimize replenishment procedure
• Reports
• Deliver reports with KPIs of sales to stock ratio, week covers, sell thru ,Top and bottom seller in weekly
• Develop analysis report on inventory tracking, for good reference to control the inventory
• Range plan & VLP plan when do seasonal buying
• Other reports required by line manager.
  

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of merchandising or retail buying experience.
• Retail experience in chain store fashion and sports industry is preferred
• Bachelor Degree
• Open Communication
• Teamwork
• Strong spatial imagination
• Fashion sense
• Time Management (Able to plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines)
• Effective excel skill eg. PivotTable ,frequently use of variety formulas
• Frequent in reading and written English , Oral is required
• Able to work under pressure
