Job Purpose:Product Development and Key account management.



Key Result Areas

1) Digital product development

Perform customer needs analysis, design and improve digital products;
Develop product development plan and requirements documents;
Coordinate internal and external technical resources, to complete product design and improvements, testing and deployment to production environment;
Research on market trends and competitor products, provide regular reports and adjust product development strategies where necessary;
2) Technical support

Collaborate with CERNET and other related companies to ensure good performance of Elsevier e-products at customer end;
Other pre and post sale IT support;
3) Other tasks assigned by supervisors.



Key Competencies Required

Skills and knowledge:

Good command of English, both written and oral;
Understanding of medical related taxonomy or medical background is a plus;
Innovative, proactive and self-disciplined

Required Education and Experience:

University education or above in computer sciences or other related subjects;
Experiences on product development including portal, database, search engine etc. is preferred;
Oversea education and multinational working experience is a plus
