主要职责 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 图纸方案/ Drafting
自营店, 分销商店铺及专柜(开店, 装修, 搬迁), 各类活动场地. Self-owned and distributors’ shops or counters (openings, renovations, relocations), venues of exhibition and buying sessions.
绘制2D或3D图纸: 平面, 电路图, 施工图(立面, 节点大样). Execute all 2D and 3D drawings: floor plans, electricity plans, fitting out drawings (elevations, sections).
2. 店铺设计/ Store Design
参与新店铺形象创作. Take part in creation of new store designs.
更新或改进现在店铺形象: 硬装, 家具, 照明,材料. Update or revise original store designs: fixture, furniture, lighting, materials.
创作或改进店铺形象指引. Create/amend store design guidelines books.

3. 陈列/ Visual Merchandising
陈列配件: POP结构, 衣架, 模特, logo座台, 等. VM accessories: POP frames, hangers, mannequins, logo stands, flower pots.
绘制平面及3D图. Execute 2D and 3D drawings.
橱窗及店铺陈列. Windows & shops displays.
绘制平面或3D图, 采集道具样板, 广州旗舰店安装及制作其他店铺的安装指引. Execute 2D and 3D drawings, source props samples, handle installation in GZ Flagship Store and prepare installation guidelines for other shops.

4. 工程管理/ Project Management
视乎部门工作量而定. Depending on the workload of the department.
协助开发新供应商. Assist in sourcing new suppliers and contractors.
协助搜集材料样板. Assist in collecting material samples for sample boards.
国内店铺实地测量. Site visits to China to check POS measurements.

职位要求 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. 大专或以上学历，室内设计/空间或建筑规划. College degree or above, majored in interior design/ / decoration design/ space planning or construction plan.
2. 1-2年工作经验,优秀应届毕业生亦可. 1-2 years working experience；Excellent graduates is OK.

3. 国语：优秀的听、说、写能力; 英语：良好的听、说、写能力. Mandarin：Excellent listening, speaking and writing skills; English：Good listening and speaking skills.

4. 熟练操作AUTOCAD, 3D Max, MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop 等软件. Proficient in AUTOCAD, 3D Max, MS Office, Illustrator, Photoshop.

5. 综合素质 Integrated Ability：
1）主动, 可靠,有责任心. Sens of initiative, serious, responsive and reliable.
2）良好的沟通能力. Good communication skills.
3）态度积极, 具团队精神. Good team player, positive attitude, even-tempered, outgoing, hard working.

6. 专业经验及工作技能professional experience & working skills
1）对时间期限和预算有很好的把握，良好的谈判技巧. Know how to meet deadlines.
2) 对时尚及美学有高度的敏感度. Sensibility to fashion and aesthetic sense are a plus.
