职位描述

Main Responsibilities 主要职责:
The E-CM has the responsibility to manage all activities of the Company related to E-commerce, then to manage the whole E-commerce Department of the Company.

At least every year he must define a strategy and an action plan to improve the audience and turnover of the ecommerce activities. These strategy and action plan should not hurt the brand image.

This E-Commerce department is organized in 2 sub-departments corresponding to 2 different sales channels:
A self-owned Eshop launched in November 2012
A TMALL Eshop currently under construction and that is to be launched mid-2013

The E-CM therefore has to manage all staff of the E-Commerce Department that is made of: An assistant, A customer service team, A back-office team, A webmaster and his backup.

The E-CM also has to work in close collaboration with:
A Digital Marketing Manager and his assistant, under the responsibility of Brand, Image and Communication Department (“BIC”)
An internet graphic designer, under the responsibility of the BIC

1. Selection of styles and pricing
Each season choose which styles and in which quantities to order for and sell on our website.
Propose a pricing and discount policy for the season, and special operations or promotions during the season, to be validated by the Commercial Department.

2. Integration of product sheets (pictures and descriptions)
Each season, plan the photo-shootings with the BIC.
Each season, plan the writing of the titles, short and long descriptions, simplified url, and meta-description for all styles/products, and file names and alt tags for all pictures (or videos if relevant). These descriptions must be SEO oriented (cf. point 1.4).
Importation of these texts and descriptions in PRESTASHOP, the Ecommerce solution used for our website.

3. Design of the website
Frequent update of the home page: the home page main pictures should be changed at least every month.
These pictures must be approved by the BIC.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, the E-CM should seek:
Constant Update and improvement of the content (text description and meta-description) of the website: targeting key-words, include the targeted key-words within the content of the website, structure the text or content (with H1, H2…), rewritten (simplified) urls, internal links within the product descriptions, new pages of content to be proposed every year.
Constant improvement of the popularity of the website: number of external backlinks redirecting to the website, etc.
Technical improvement of the website: structure (categories), internal linking, loading time, Baidu integration (snippets…)
Social media linking (Weibo)

5. Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
In collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, the E-CM can also decide to pay traffic on Baidu (search engine Marketing) in order to improve the actual results of the Eshop.

6. Daily or weekly animation of the website, using the modules
New products can be changed, Promotional items can be changed, Featured products can be changed, Within the categories, the order of styles/pictures can be changed.
All these functionalities (modules) give the possibility to animate the website so that the visitors and clients find an interest to come back and stay. The Eshop Manager can add new functionalities to the website if relevant.

7. Maintenance and evolution of the website
The E-CM has to make sure (in collaboration with the webmaster) that the website runs and works well from a

technical point of view.
Avoid any interruption or crash of the website, and if any interruption ensure a quick recovery; Maintenance of Prestashop; Maintenance of the server; Regular checks of the loading time; Avoid dead links or /404 pages.

8. Analytics
Using Tongji Baidu or other relevant tools (Alexa.com for instance), and in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager, the E-CM should follow up the popularity and efficiency of the website, and make sure these

numbers improve in the long run: Number of unique visitors / Traffic; Proportion of new or returning visitors; Source of traffic: search engines, affiliation, other referring sites, paid traffic (SEM), direct connections, emails or sms; Bounce rate; Number of orders; Turnover.
The E-CM can define realistic objectives for the Digital Marketing Manager regarding these numbers, and help

him achieve them.

9. Reporting
The E-CM must report his results on a monthly basis with a written report.

Position Requirements 职位要求:
1. Required Education Background & Specialty 教育背景与专业要求

Commercial and / or Computer related background. 商务和/或计算机专业相关背景。

2. Years of Working Experience 工作经验
10 years including at least 6 years in E-commerce. Must have managed a TMALL Eshop, and have experience and skills in managing an Eshop that is independent from the market places such as TMALL. 10年,其中至少6年电子商务。必须曾管理“天猫”网店, 和必须有在独立于市场的网店(例如天猫)的管理经验和技能。
TMALL Eshop management experience of at least 3 years. 至少3年“天猫”网店的管理经验。
Independent Eshop experience of at least 3 years. 至少3年独立经营网店的经验。
Strong understanding of the E-Commerce sector and how it can be used to support and develop a brand. 深刻理解电子商务领域并知道如何运用去支持和拓展品牌销售。

3. Language Skills 语言能力
Mandarin,Cantonese,English. 普通话,广东话,英文。
Fluent spoken and written English is a must-have. 能够流利地使用英文,说写能力强。

4. Computer Skills 电脑技能
Good Excel and Powerpoint skill. 良好的Excel及PowerPoint应用技能。
Proficient in PhotoShop,Illustrator,InDesign would be nice to have. 优先考虑能够熟练地操作PhotoShop,Illustrator,InDesign的候选人。
Some knowledge and understanding of the development (html, php) would be nice to have. 优先考虑了解并清晰html,php的应用开发的候选人。

6. Professional experience & working skills 专业经验及工作技能
Experience of budgeting,reporting,analysis (Excel,PowerPoint). 具备利用Excel,PowerPoint工具做预算、报告、分析的经验。
Good working knowledge of SEO,SEM and web analytics to evaluate online web traffic. 具备良好的SEO,SEM及网络分析能力,能够评估在线网站的流量。
