Position Title: Sourcing Specialist - Capital Equipment
Location: Beijing

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for various capital projects and related equipments, construction material etc to be sourced from China
• Identify and pre-qualify potential Chinese suppliers for low cost country sourcing opportunities
• Support the strategy development of related product categories for low cost country sourcing approach from China
• Support head office and other global business units for various global tender events
• Carry out various RFx activities according to detail requirement
• Prioritize sourcing projects and facilitate project implementation in China
  Carry out supplier quality management activities with/without the support of third party inspection during project execution
• Support internal customer/supplier relationship management activities
  
  

Basic Requirements:

• 8-15 years' experience in project procurement/engineering/project management/supplier quality management
• Have good knowledge in engineering and/or quality
• Experience with similar industry in Mining, EPCM, Engineering Machinery industry or Automobile industry
  familiar with at leasst one or several differnt product categories such as mining equipment, bulk materail handingling system, benificiation/process plant, power plant or general engineering / civil construction work etc
• Solid supplier management experience and leadership competency.
• Good commercial skill as to work in an international sourcing office is preferred, not a "must"
• Excellent organizational learning/development skills required.
• Excellent communications and team developing skills required.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Welding/Casting or related fields in engineering,
