Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Develop and achieve the revenue budget.

- Responsible for forecast accuracy of the Product, which include working closely with Supply Chain on product demand for each new and existing products, and analyzing product performance and inventory level to be in line with budget target.

- Work with marketing team to produce marketing and technical literature on time and in budget.

- Coordinate with sales and technical team to optimize sales turnover.

- Manage product launches including training and toolbox for training.

- Product Maintenance: ongoing care and support of product line, including monitoring customer satisfaction, new customer needs and sales support materials.

- Maintain strong knowledge of competitors' products, specifications, pricing and market share and recommend actions to ensure successful sales into the market.

- Communicate all product changes and update relevant databases.

Reporting Structure:

- Direct report to Product Support Manager

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Master degree of molecular biology with 3-5 years of relevant work experience, a PhD. degree will be preferred

- Minimum 2 years lab experience.

- Have experience of working in Chinese Academic/ Institution, with knowledge of MNC Pharma and CROs in China. Familiar with type of work and research

- Willing to travel large geographic range to coverage diverse customer base. Travel 30 days or more per year is required.

- Willing and able to publish technical papers, application notes, posters, other marketing support

- Familiar with MNC operation in China. Could telephone coordination with US and European Support Centers.

- Fluent written and spoken scientific Mandarin and English.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
