Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Executive

Report to: Operation Manager, China

Main Responsiblity:

Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of in/out shipments management, including standardize purchasing process , in-coming import customs clearance, warehousing and transportation arrangements to work closely with business team to reach monthly targets.

- Lead to communicate related inter-company departments/outside parties timely to coordinate in-coming /out-going shipments/deliveries.
- Improve the relations with customs brokers, transportation companies (airfreight, road freight & ocean freight), and logistics companies that carry out customs clearance, labeling or other logistics related services.
- Working closely with 3rd parties, standardize daily delivery and transportations for domestics customers.
- Interaction with sales & marketing people for problem orders, specific requests and track sales results.
- Good skill to draft & define the working process, reporting & KPI with continuously improvement & enhancement through entire supply chain operation & development.
- Other ad hoc assignments

Needed competencies:

- Experienced in terms of purchasing, Customs Clearance, warehouse & Transportation.
- Planning background is a plus.
- Master Microsoft office software
- English written/oral skill is required
- strong responsibility and credibility
- SAP knowledge is a plus.

Education:

University degree or above, outdoor sports lover is preferred

Needed working experience:

More than 5 years relative working experience in logistics department
