Targets and competences of the function:

Responsible for all call centre duties for both HK and China markets

Specific tasks include:

-Provide high quality of service through inbound and outbound calls (including front end collection call) in achieving the company preset KPIs

- Handle incoming customer correspondence and emails

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback to relative parties to further enhance overall service

- Liaise with different parties to resolve customer requests

- Generate and check all customer related letters

- Provide customer supports according to business development and company guidelines

- Maintain accurate customer/ loan information in different systems & spreadsheets

- Execute customer requests in relative system according to compliance requirements

- Assist to develop and prepare various management reports

- Optimize all related working procedures, discuss with inter-department colleagues to work out a win

- win solution -Assist in system enhancement project

- Accomplish all other works assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in any discipline, prefer in Finance or Business Admin -Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, Visio

- 2-3 years call centre experience in Banking and Finance industry is a must

- Current experience with automotive AFC or bank preferred

- Positive and mature mindset with multi-discipline experience

- Strong common sense and attention to details

- Good communicate skills, flexible, team player

- Proactive, responsible, polite, patient and customer oriented

- Enjoy the call centre environment

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to interact with people at all levels

- Project Management skill would be an advantage

- Written and verbal communication skills (English, Mandarin and Cantonese)
