Targets and competences of the function:

The function owner is responsible for Risk assessment and underwrite of Retail application

Specific tasks include:

- Responsible for the measurement, reporting and effectiveness of the Acceptance functions.

- Judge the solvency and creditworthiness of business customers upon credit applications.

- Analyze and control the risk in retail portfolio and provide risk reporting to Acceptance

- Manager, Operation Director and Top management

- Identify trends and derive advices and activities in order to protect our risk position by usng and further developing of early warning instruments.

- Support the team of credit checker especially by further development of checklists and questionnaires.

Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Banking

- Up dated knowledge in Retail Banking and Chinese business practice

- Fluent in English

- At least three years of working experience.

- Experience in commercial environment ideally retail credit department of a bank, guarantee company or captive business; Experience in bank accounting and controlling; experience in credit department

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- Ability to interact with people internally (Sales, Risk) and externally.

- Working experience in AFC Companies or consuming bank sector. Credit card Acceptance experience is also acceptable..

- AFC experience preferred
