Targets and competences of the function:

- Be responsible for conducting daily retail financing business.

- Ensure Internal and external quality service level.

This position reports to Retail Operation Manager.

Specific tasks include:

− Be responsible for daily receipt allocation, Direct Debit File generation and account reconciliation with Finance.

− Facilitate the accurate and timely settlement of the loan while ensuring compliance with credit policy guidelines.

− Identify and resolve complex operational settlement issues.

− Cooperate with sales, risk management and customer service to provide high quality services to internal and external customers.

− Prepare and distribute customer vouchers and letters.

− File and manage settlement documents.

− Create and update retail settlement process. Develop and prepare daily and monthly settlement reports.

− Accomplish all other works assigned by retail operation manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in Finance.

- Proficiency in Excel, word and Chinese word-processing.

- Can communicate with English.

- Banking or financing company experience in operations credit analysis.

- Proactive in problem solving.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Ability to multi-task.

- Must have an extreme control, detail and efficiency orientation.
