Responsibilities：

1. Provide daily Hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for desktop/laptop PC, network, printer, Fax.
2. Provide end user desktop support for Shanghai office and remote offices.
3. Provide VC and TC Settings and setup in meeting room.
4. Maintain and secure the stability and availability of the IT infrastructure/Networks/MPLS line.
5. Coordinate and deploy local and corporate IT projects.
6. Handle IT training, provide necessary guidance to end user and manage user requests.
7. Assist in IT asset management.

Requirements：
1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 0-2 Yrs experience in MS Platform.
2. Experience in handling and servicing end user supports is a must.
3. Very good command of English and mandarin (written and oral communications).
4. Good knowledge of PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
5. Proficient in MS Office / Adobe / Autodesk
6. With MCSE/CCNA certificate is an advantage.
7. Excellent interpersonal (team oriented) communication skills.
8. Self motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision.
9. Ability to work under pressure / Strong working responsibility and high integrity to company

Mandatory Technical Skill
* Strong knowledge on Desk top / laptop hardware (HP/LENOVO/Dell).
* Good knowledge on Windows OS (UNIX / Linux is an advantage).
* Application / software installation and trouble shooting.
* Understanding the daily operation and delivery processes.
