Purpose & Key Accountabilities
Develop and being responsible for a Mainland China specific and target group oriented Mobility Services product and service offering (meeting at least CUBE minimum requirements) in order to differentiate towards our competitors (both bank partners and rental companies and other car sharing offerings), which will enrich our existing offering, lead to higher AFC penetration, improved NPI and higher customer retention regarding AFC's service scope. This has to include the continuous support of both BMW i and as well the new brand "Butterfly" launches. This has to include as well all new innovative communication channels and interact with BMW Connected Drive.

Pls list the position's key accountabilities/ decision-making
authority with regard to:
Nature and scope of main accountabilities
1. Responsibility for the conceptional set up, launch and operational running of a Mobility Services Solution
Responsible for Analyzing the market need for Mobility Services, Car Sharing (B2C, B2B, C2C) and Leasing offerings
Definition of Mobility Services targets within the Budget process (in alignment with S&M Director and Operations)
Constantly screen all respective offers of external vendors regarding innovative training methodologies and concepts
Development of detailed business model / business concept
Prepare relevant material for decision circles including Business case
Definition of business requirements, Steering implementation of required IT solutions
Selection and steering of external service providers which are required for operation
Develop and execute marketing concept (product pricing for offered products, fee structure)
Ensure alignment with existing compliance guidelines and audit guidelines
Based on the central guidelines he/she coordinates the project roll-out at the NFSC level and defines all local project steps in order to assure the accomplishment of CUBE milestones in time
Represent project in alignment meetings and workshops in the markets and the headquarters
Distribute information from HQ to respective market and bundle messages from market to HQ
Alignment with BMW AFC strategy and regular delivery of necessary input to relating strategic initiatives

2. Networking
Long-term management of interface to NSC B5-X and central SF CUBE project team to ensure alignment of contents and always being up2date
He/she has regular contact to the central CUBE project team in the headquarters
Responsible for the timely information flow within his/her area of activity
Networking and close relationship management to RM's, AM's, Operations, Risk, Sales Operations and Controlling and Mobility Services colleagues in other markets (within Region and global)
Align with local V BMW i managers and NSC departments
Interact and drive IT department to translate the business requirements into proper IT requirements

2. Operation / Sales and Marketing / Finance Tasks
Ensure stable business processes, from vehicle order to vehicle delivery to outlets
Optimize fleet utilization (dealer demo cars, BMW on Demand fleet, Rental fleet, NSC fleet); Optimize result efficient minimization of non-utilizable fleet
Steering of external service providers, setting and monitoring of SLA and ensure data quality
Handle incoming customer and dealer requests, complaint handling
Ensure data integrity of customer data and integration into central SF and NSC CRM systems
Steering of account reconciliations and collections until assets have been seized
Mystery shopping at dealers and competitors to ensure quality and competitive pricing
Represent at NSC, dealers, BMW Headquarter during presentations, events, trainings and expos/fairs
Development of individual offers for customer, including decision competence
Target achievement tracking (controlling)
Cost analysis, optimization and business cases

4. Miscellaneous
Initiate and Monitor the timely finalization of CUBE minimum requirements
Externally represent AFC towards Dealerships and external Rental and Car Sharing partners or agencies
Cooperation at projects or overall departmental special challenges / tasks which are delegated from S&M Director to the employee

Purpose and subject of interaction with internal / external customers and key contacts
Regular updates and interaction with Sales Operations, Q+P and Controlling and Risk departments
Regular updates and interaction with Regional Managers
Regular updates and interaction with cooperation partners to exchange data and information
Regular updates and interaction with Dealer Development
(NSC, BBA) and central SF Marketing department, local BMW i manager, central CUBE team in HQ

Challenges with regard to innovation and change
Perform innovative and differentiating Mobility Services product and service offering in a highly complex cooperation environment
Research and define a unique and completely new product and service offering in Mainland China, in a first to market environment, including time pressure
Need to coordinate with multiple bank , rental and leasing parnters for joint launch of the approved programs to ensure the targeted volume and penetration and strategy alignment

Educational Background / Professional Knowledge and Experience / Other Skills
Pls indicate level of education required
Graduate-level degree in economics or Business Administration, with focus on Marketing, Sales and/or Controlling, MBA or PhD is preferred
Pls indicate level of working experience required
Minimum 5 years work experience in operations, marketing or sales function of rental, leasing, banking industry within the Captive or Non-Captive environment.
Pls indicate any requirements of special knowledge / technical skills etc
Comprehensive knowledge of financial product development and implementation, good understanding of practice and competition of China auto financing market, strong capability of multiple projects management and multiple contact window communication, fluent in both oral and written Chinese and English (German advantageous), skillful in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint operations
- Job experience in rental
- Knowledge of insurance industry, fleet management and processes / logistics required for rental business
- Strong communication and presentation skills in an international context
- strong project and people management skills in an implementation environment
