Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责
1.Shop staffs’ Labor contracts delivery and tracking. Ensure all the contracts have been signed accurately and in time without any labor disputes.
2.Daily office employees and retail team’s attendance checking and recording, ensure all information is correct and can follow company’s attendance and leave management rules well, and all relevant certificates for leave can provide correct and in time.
3.North area retail staff monthly salary calculation, ensure all data is correct and follow relevant C&B policy and rules strictly. C&B and relevant policy consulting work for employees.
4.Monthly C&B, attendance and leave, head count statistic reporting.
5.Ensure all documents and certificates which relate to contract, attendance, leave, personal action, employment, and exiting etc. can be arranged in a professional way, and ensure it is easy to check and monitor. Other relevant work when needs.
6.Cooperate with CIIC on issues such as employee information, contract signing,social insurance,etc.
7.Assist training work or other relevant work when needs.

Requirements 任职要求
?Knowledge / Experience 知识/经验:
1.Good knowledge of competency model;
2.Good knowledge of Personnel Quality Assessment;
3.Basic knowledge of psychology;
4.Be familiar with labor law, labor contract law or other relevant HR policies from government
5.All necessary knowledge of C&B analysis and statistic;
6.At least 2 years HR experiences and at least 1 year C&B assistant experience in fashion or retail industry;

Personal Competencies/Attributes 胜任能力:
1.Strong sense of responsibility;
2.Be very active, self-motivated and creative, strong sense of logic and data.
3.Excellent organization, inter-personality capacity;
4.Excellent communication, analysis and problem solving ability and skills.

?Educational Background 教育背景:
1.University degree, major in Human Resources or relevant.

?PC/Language/Other Skills: 计算机/言语/其他技能：
1.Be fluent in English both of spoken and writing.
2.Very familiar with office software, especially for Excel software.
