职位描述

Key Objectives
For each User Department affected by the DMS China project, a user representative is nominated as a prime contact and partner. She/he is responsible that the correct user requirements are introduced into the project, that a user acceptance exists and that the project deliverables flow back into the working of the user department.
Key-Users take responsibility as Implementation Team Leader to implement Autoline in new and existing dealerships.

Major Responsibilities
DMS Autoline implementation:
- Assess existing dealerships to determine their readiness for Autoline implementation.
- Follow up the preparation of dealership for upcoming Autoline implementation during the offsite period from assessment to start of training.
- Quality assurance for training and Autoline configuration during the onsite period.
- Go-live preparation and data takeover support during the onsite period.
- Document and solve open issues during onsite period.
- Handover to support and follow-up of open issues which remain from onsite period."
DMS Autoline releases:
- Consolidate the user requirements internally and introduce them into the project.
- Write change requests (incl. test cases) and prioritize them.
- Execute tests during the different test levels (unit, module and integration test).
- Update the user manual and training presentation for new releases.
- Write additional communication material for new releases.
- Document available reports."
DMS Autoline support:
- Answer questions of dealers based on forwarded tickets from the Dealer IT Helpdesk.

Education / Degree
Bachelor

Knowledge / Skills / Competences
Very good understanding of RSM (Retail Start-up Management) sales business processes, ideally based on experience within a BMW dealership.
Good understanding of the DMS Autoline software, including the ability to map business processes to the software.
Good understanding of ITPM, especially the use of checklists and reviews for quality assurance.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Chinese and English.
Good understanding of the change, release and configuration management processes.

Experience
Automobile industry wholesale or retail experience 4-6 Years
DMS CRM or Sales module experience 4-6 Years
