Key Objectives
- High demand for further process and system improvement due to requirements from accounting/controlling and other departments (i.e. WIT, IFT, SAP HR, NWT, local currency invoicing, scanning etc.) another headcount is requested with IT/ process background.

Major Responsibilities
- Support dedicated improvement projects including consulting, business input, coordination of workpackages and support of testing, training, go-live and stabilization.
- Support user departments for dedicated provesses and systems (e.g. Concur Travelmanagment)
- Work closely with the business units (i.e. finance, controlling, human resources) to identify process improvements and business requirements as well as supporting the requirements management, documentation and release planning.

Education / Degree
- Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, IT or related background and job experience.

Knowledge / Skills / Competences
- Ability to communicated effectively both in English and Chinese (German is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Good analytical skills for business requirements gathering and solution design
- ERP Implementation or user experience (SAP or other ERP System)
- Strong background in Accounting and Controlling Processes (previously worked in business or audit)
- Project management skills
- Experienced in workshop preparation and facilitation
- Familiar with business process and flowchart documentation

Experience
- Overall work experience
- Working experience in consulting or accounting firm
- Worked on ERP projects for accounting or controlling as key-user or IT-Specialist
- Background in multinational company
