职位描述
The function owner is responsible for timely and correct approval of wholesale credit applications and the portfolio management to responsible dealers/dealer groups. Moreover, the owner takes the responsible for coaching other junior team members and double check the application of them.
Specific task:
- Independently complete dealer, especially on complex dealer, big dealer group and risky dealer, credit line application before CRC meeting, including CRS rating, financial analysis, collateral position, and credit line recommendation.
- Present dealer/dealer group application on China Risk Committees. Clarify issues raised by through Q&A, make sure timely and complete credit decision obtained.
- Lead on the application of complex dealer, big dealer group and risky dealer, and coordinate with other junior team member for timely and correct approval of such applications.
- Ensure processing of new dealer/dealer group applications and timely annual review through CRS & DIP system.
- Monitor and control dealer/whole dealer group performance, such as stock audit result and payment behavior, propose action plan to protest SF risk position. Monitor and analyze the financial performance, sales performance and PBOC records of dealers on regular basis by using of early warning instruments.
- Double check dealer application financial parts and preliminary review of Wholesale Risk Specialist's work.
- Provide support and couching to other junior team members.
- Purpose and subject of interaction with internal / external customers and key contacts.
- Independently contact co lending bank partners for credit decisions.
- Contact high management of dealers/dealer groups for dealer field visit/telephone interview for credit application review, and regular communication with dealers on all risk matters.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related areas
- At least three years of working experience.
- Experience in commercial environment, ideally related functions of a bank or captive business.
- Experience in accounting, auditing and/or credit department is a plus.
- Strong financial analysis skills and up to date knowledge in Chinese business practice.
- Fluent in English. Good command of business writing and presentation in English.
- Competent in IT systems, including MS Office, good command of Excel.
