职位描述

Key Objectives
Responsible to develop and promote chemical products of BMW Accessories in China. Analyze market demand and customer expectations of chemical products. Ensure comprehensive product offer for the chinese market by utilizing AG product offer and project (initiative 11) efficiently and investigating market relevant local products. Lead and coordinate the testing of new products. Devise, implement and communicate product packages and sales campaigns for chemical products. Provide product and sales campaign information to AS marketing and provide support to regional sales activities. Continuous monitoring of the stock level and ensure sufficient stock for daily operation and sales promotions. Daily support to dealers on products and sales campaigns. Support the preparation of marketing presentations for corporate visits and conferences.

Major Responsibilities
Responsible for turnover and profit targets of car care and service chemical products of accessories business
Responsible for car care and service chemical product offer, both AG and local products
Cont. monitoring of interior & electronic product market development (product offers, customer demand) and development of product range to meet market situation & demand
Devise, implement and communicate product packages and sales campaigns for car care and service chemical products
Provide product and sales campaign information to AS marketing and provide support to regional sales activities
Communication with AG for business requirement concerning Initiative 11 (Service chemical)
Monitoring and steering of dealer turnover targets in chemical product sales, provide support for target achievement
Control sufficient product supply and stock within the market / RDCs
Support the preparation of marketing presentations for corporate visits and conferences
Daily support to dealers on chemical products and sales campaigns

Education / Degree
Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Marketing; or degree in technical area.

Knowledge / Skills / Competences
Task management ability, task and result oriented
Strong communication capability
Excellent organization and coordination skills
Self-motivated and strong self-learning ability
Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment
Fuent in spoken and written Chinese and English including automotive terms
Proficiency in written and verbal English

Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in automotive industry or parts industry
Experience in chemicals business from oil companies is very helpful
