Key Objectives
Overall budget planning and reporting for IT projects in China.
Coordinating Budget process with Central departments and BBA IT for joint projects
Purchasing process => initiate PR/PO , initiate payment process.
Planning and monitoring status of joint projects with PR, PO status.
Maintain PremDB , Initiate central Ticket process for new Projects
Providing FC I/II/III
Major Responsibilities
Overall budget planning and reporting for IT projects in China including FC I/II/III.
Ensure the budget controlling procedures to be implemented within NSC for IT related projects. To be information hub on budget for joint projects (NSC+BBA).
Maintain Prem DB.
Maintain AS-Ticket system, GRIPPS.
Monitoring and tracking of PRs, POs and BLAs status.
Identify needs and allocate the appropriate resources to meet timely completion of specific project tasks.
Maintain the project portfolio including financial controls and systems for recording, monitoring, forecasting and budgeting of the project expenditure.
Participate in departmental strategic and budgetary planning processes; prepare and administer work unit operating budget; provide recommendations on policies and goals desired; and implement new/revised PO/PR process to project team.
Acts as the key liaison across business units, local IT project team, BMW AG and suppliers.
Interface regularly with project managers to review/forecast project cost allocation and priorities.
Maintain IT project purchasing, PO/PR documentations.
Education / Degree
Bachelor degree or above
Knowledge / Skills / Competences
Experience of working in a large-scale IT project office.
Good Knowledge of porject management.
Experience in the utilization of a structured project management methodology, especially project financing / ROI calculation.
Ability to multi-tasks, manage time effectively and handle tight deadlines.
Advanced computer skills - Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Strong attention to detail.
Good analytical capability.
Good team spirits.
Excellent communication skills.
Supportive, fast learning skills and willingness.
Be able to work under pressure.
Fluent in English and Chinese both oral and written.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT PMO job level. Finance background preferred. 3-4 years working experience in an international enterprise.
