Key Objectives
• System and road test and validation of vehicle electronics hardware and software

• Quality test and validation of agents / CallCenters

• Maintenance and update of test setups and measurement equipment

• Execution of test and testcases

• Programming and execution of automated test setups in a test automation framework

• Support the coordination of internal and external partners in China / Beijing

Major Responsibilities
• Execution of testcases including road tests, recording of errors and results in reports and error reporting systems

• Updating HW and SW of test setups and ECUs

• Programing and execution of automated test setups in a test automation framework

• Performing regular tests of the BMW ConnectedDrive system, resulting in error reports and feedback for agent training. Confirmation of bugfixes and feature improvements.

• Adjust existing testcases to the Chinese market

• Maintain and extend current test setups

• Support of the coordination of internal and external partners for ConnectedDrive China

Education / Degree
• Engineering degree (master or bachelor with international studies) in automotive / electrical / computer / communications engineering or similar

Knowledge / Skills / Competences
• Basic programming skills

• Understanding of automotive telecommunication

• Valid driver’s license which is at least 2 years old and very good driving capabilities resulting from regular car usage.

• Excellent language skills in Chinese and English (written and oral); German language skills are highly appreciated

• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing, multi-task environment

• CallCenter experience appreciated • Microsoft Office skills
