职位描述

Key Objectives
To support region and dealers improve retail sales performance and customer satisfaction through success implementation of BMW China dealer Quality Management, standard work routines & processes as well as best practice sharing.

Major Responsibilities
Motivate (buy-in) DP (or investor) and/or GM for program commitment;
Analyze dealer operational status in the areas of sales process quality in terms of customer satisfaction, measured by "Sales Process Quality ",or/and "CSI/NPS sales" , and retail performance, e.g."Volume/Market share", to find gaps for further improvement;
Set up project KPI target in the areas of customer satisfaction, e.g. "Sales ProcessQuality", or/and "CSI/NPS sales", and/or retail performance, e.g."Volume/Market share" for dealer with support from regional teams, Dealer Development and dealer itself;
Plan and prepare regular coaching visits;
Install KPI measurement system inside dealerships and guide dealers towards KPI targets achievement;
Coach, Consult, train, motivate, supervise and facilitate dealer staff for compliance with sales business process and operation standards, which link to KPI targets
Check the implementation status in the areas of customer satisfaction, e.g. "Sales Process Quality", or/and "CSI/NPS sales", CRM and/or retail performance, e.g. "Volume/Market share", also with support by conquest/loyalty principles and programs, and feedback to dealers as well as to BMW;
Monitor DQM project progress through identifying potential risks in sales area during program roll out and solve the problem as much as the consultant can(only obtain support from BMW should the problem/risks out of the reach of consultant);
Provide professional report as well as maintain frequent communications to dealers as well as to BMW to keep both parties aware about the latest and potential risks(if any)in the project;
Check dealer satisfaction and BMW satisfaction from time to time;
Propose content adaptation or concept adaptation from time to time;
Experience sharing within team regularly
Close cooperation with Area Manager

Education / Degree
Bachelor of Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or equivalent

Knowledge / Skills / Competences
Knowledge of the Automotive Retail Business

Experience
Sales or management function in automotive industry is preferred.
