职位描述
Key Objectives
To support Manager Volume Planning & Ordering to deal with ordering and administration issues
Major Responsibilities
Deale with ordering issues with dealers and BMW Headquarter and control the ordering process and ensure the task is achieved within the time frame
Responsible for ordering stock
Support and monitor dealer to ensure the ordering process
Sales bonus and incentive calculation according to the sales measures/program for each dealer in the assigned responsible sales region
Preparation of payment reimbursement of sales bonus and sales incentives to dealers in the assigned responsible sales region
Acting as first contact to the dealers in the assigned responsible region on all inquires and issues on bonus/incentive reimbursement.
Dealing with different interfaces from respective department to centrally coordinate the using of company/event cars.
Regular update the company event car master file for latest status
Handling import license application issues.
Dealing with Beijing Vehicles Management Bureau for recording of imported vehicles for registration (车辆工商备案验证)
Updating CBU sticker price with National Tax Bureau quarterly
Dealing with ordering issues on dealer level and act as dealers’ first contact for the assigned responsible sales region
Education / Degree
Bachelor (or above) in business administration
Knowledge / Skills / Competences
Perfect English skill
Advanced computer skill, especially Microsoft Excel
Good sense of numeric work and good analytical skills
Good knowledge of BMW applications, such as GIS and DWP
Detailed knowledge of all processes of BMW related to ordering
Basic knowledge of all BMW and MINI production
Experience
Sales ordering related experience in Multinational companies, preferred in auto industry (2 years or above)
