Credit Analyst

The Credit Analyst for Smith & Associates is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and can balance sound financial judgment with a strong sense of urgency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience making fast paced, accurate credit decisions. Exposure to high-tech products or services, electronic commerce, international operations, and business-to-business distribution is a plus. Working with peers in trading, marketing, and operations, the Credit Analyst is a key resource in mitigating risk. The Credit Analyst will oversee Accounts Receivable matters.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Credit reviews of new and existing customers for the establishment and maintenance of appropriate credit term & limits;
• Assisting sales people with transaction structures to improve sales volumes within established risk parameters;
• Monitoring product shipments for compliance with credit risk limitation, based on credit review and AR balance;
• Managing Accounts Receivable, including but not limited to, Credit review and Collections;
• Determination of uncollectible accounts;

Reports to: Credit Manager in Asia Hub (Hong Kong)

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3-5 years progressive experience in credit and collections. Experience with rapidly growing and changing organizations preferred.

2. Bachelors of Business Administration / Accounting or higher required

3. Experience in the field of Distribution preferred. Electronics Distribution is a plus.

4. A confident, achievement oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, volatile business environment and can balance urgency with sound financial judgment and control.

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.

信用分析师

主要职责包括但不仅限于以下：

？ 审核新客户和现有客户的信用，建立和管理适合客户的信用额度及期限。

？ 在已建立的风险参数内协助销售人员做好转账安排从而提高销售额。

？ 根据信用审核以及应收账款来监管日常出货。

？ 应收账款的管理，包括但不仅限于信用审核以及账款的收集。

？ 测定无法收回款项的账户。

汇报对象：亚洲信用经理（香港）

任职要求：

？ 至少3-5年信用审核和收款经验，快速发展企业任职经验者优先。

？ 本科以上学历，工商管理或财务会计专业。

？ 电子分销行业经验者优先。

？ 自信，注重成果且有良好的财务判断和管理能力，能在快速发展和变化不定的行业环境下衡量轻重缓急

？ 良好的人际沟通技巧
