Building Materials & Systems Associate Project Engineer 助理项目工程师（锁具五金类）

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Perform safety evaluation on products according to the US, Canadian and/or international safety standards, write up test reports as well as evaluation result reports;

· To perform safety and performance testing as an Testing Engineer;

· Independently manages execution and timely completion of engineering projects by analyzing project scope and determining project specifications, establishing test programs for product investigations, and preparing reports for clients;

· Responsible for opening, maintenance, completion, and closing of assigned new work engineering projects which includes frequent travel to conduct or witness tests at client sites;

· Participates in the development of UL requirements, test methods, and test equipment; Study standard and testing requirement based on customer requested;

· May directs and review work of assigned staff. May train office, field, and/or laboratory staff and entry-level engineers. Provides technical assistance to laboratory and/or field staff;

· Work closely with customers/counterparts in HK, PRC and other Asia or Global countries throughout the product safety evaluation process;

· Work closely with the management team to support customer visit, market analysis, and all business forecast related activities;

· Deliver seminar and training to internal or external customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor Degree in Mechanics or equivalents with relevant 3+ years experiences;

· Experiences in design or manufacturing of Locks and/or Builder Hardwares (锁具和建筑五金) will be an advantage;

· Knowledge with Builder Hardware related standards of UL, BHMA, IEC, BS and/or GB will be an advantage;

· Knowledge with certification process including regulatory requirement will be an advantage;

· Knowledge with testing equipment, setup and laboratory testing experience will be an advantage;

· Strong sense of customer focus, good interpersonal and communication skills;

· Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua is a must;

· Can work under heavy pressure;

· Good team player with positive mind set is a must;

· Willing to travel.
