This job is to drive the Conc. Plant deliver the highest quality products to our customers through systemically controlling and monitoring finish products, materials and supply chain process. This position also needs to implement/comply with Pepsi global quality and food safety policy/procedures and local regulatory and ensure Conc. Operation meet Pepsi global requirements /standards and customer expectations.


Accountabilities – list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures. These should be clearly the responsibilities of the JOB HOLDER.

1.Supervise the QC team to inspect Products, semi-finished product & materials according to quality standards.
·
2.Establish in-plant quality policies, protocols & programs, including SOP, BPT (best practice tools), GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc. and drive the execution throughout the plant scope.
·
3.Drive Quality policies and procedures through the whole Supply Chain to ensure the operations meet corporate quality standards consistently.
·
4.Lead lcoal packaging materials development and PM vendor’s audits, provide opinions on Quality aspect to decide these vendors approval/disapproval.
·
5.Participate in AOP preparation and control it’s implementation in quality team.
·
6.Coordinate with SC, R&D and other resources to solve quality issues.
·
7.Monitor new product introduction to ensure proper quality and compliance requirements are met.
·
8.Maintenance proper quality records according to relevant requirements.
·
9.Supervise and develop a health QA team to meet concentrate plant development strategy.
·
10.Lead and/or deliver training to all plant personnel on Corporative Quality Procedures and Programs.
·
11.Provide support on Product Compliance issues.

5 years’ quality assurance experience preferably in food or FMCG industry of foreign enterprises or JVs; 3 years’ experience in management position.
BS degree on chemistry, biology, food science or relevant areas.
Good understanding & experience on Quality systems, such as ISO 9000, HACCP, GMP, etc.
Excellent people management skills.
Logical & analytical thinking.
Fluent in spoken and written English
Work under pressure.
Team work and self-motivated.
