岗位职责：

1.在IT部门总经理领导下负责公司的全面工作，努力作好总经理的参谋助手，起到承上启下的作用；
2.负责总经理的日常行程安排，来访接待、信息传达及文件整理归档，做好保密工作；
3.负责完成交办工作的督办、跟进、协调及落实；
4.在总经理领导下负责企业具体管理工作的布置、实施、检查、督促、落实执行情况；
5.做好总经理办公会议和其他会议的组织工作和会议纪录。做好决议、决定等文件的起草、发布；
6.负责各类文件的分类呈送，请示总经理阅批并转有关部门处理；
7.完成总经理临时交办的其他工作事宜；

岗位要求：：

1. 3年以上同等岗位工作经验，本科以上学历，英语熟练；
2. 熟悉助理文秘类工作，具备良好的职业素养和综合素质；
3. 具备良好的团队合作精神，工作认真细致，有强烈的工作责任感；
4. 良好的表达和文本写作能力，掌握常用公文写作技巧；
5. 有就职大型企业或外企工作经验者优先
