职位描述
主要职责：
1、负责区域的销售业务，带领销售团队，制定销售计划和策略，完成销售目标；
2、负责对公司销售人员进行业务指导和专业培训；
3、对客户需求进行准确的把握与引导，为客户提供稳定周到的服务，并提出优化建议；
4、制定可执行的团队业务、管理、考核、激励制度；
5、持续分析市场动态，提出拓展业务思路，保持业务健康扩展；
任职要求：
1. 大学本科或以上学历；
2. 至少5年以上的销售管理经验；
3. 熟悉B2B商业模式，熟悉电子商务；
4. 普通话流利，具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
5. 具备优秀的判断力和逻辑思维能力；
6. 具备优秀的沟通能力与理解能力；
7. 具备超强的抗压能力及复杂状况应急处理能力；
8. 富有责任感，优秀的学习能力；
9. 良好的开发中国客户的思想倾向；
10. 希望成就自我，能和公司一起成长；
