Major Responsibilities:

· To uphold the development image by delivering excellent customer service for mall visitors;

· Provide support for the Marketing Team in events and roadshows;

· To provide customer service to shoppers and visitors and handle enquiries & complaints;

· To assist the Marketing Team on monitoring the operation of all 3rd party exhibitions, events & roadshows;

· Provide front-line support to all marketing programmes, promotion activities and PR events;

· Maintain premium / gifts stock control and provide reports on redemption statistics;

· Assist in coordinating integrated mall and store activities intelligence reports;

· Conduct market research, competitive reports and consolidate customer feedback for analysis.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

· University degree or equivalent;

· Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service & hospitality industry; preferably in an international corporate environment; shopping centre marketing experience an advantage;

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with people at all levels;

· Ability to work with minimum supervision;

· Presentable, proactive and pleasant personality;

· Willing to work on roster basis;

· Good communication skills in English and Chinese, spoken Japanese or Korean an advantage;

· Proficient PC & MS Office software knowledge.

· 进行市场调查、竞品分析报告，整合消费者反馈意见等工作。

工作经验，技能及资格的要求：

· 大学或同等学历；

· 具有1年以上客服或服务业的相关工作经验，有在国际公司工作经验者为佳；有商场市场工作经验者优先；

· 优秀的沟通能力和人际交往技巧，能够与各个层面的人共同工作；

· 自主工作能力较强；

· 亲和力强，对工作积极主动，仪容仪表端正；

· 能够适应轮班工作制；

· 良好的中英文口语表达能力，会日语或韩语者优先；

· 熟练运用PC和MS Office 软件。
