职位描述
Major Responsibilities:
· AR collection, responsible for AR related daily operation (include booking & invoicing);
· Monitor invoice issue process;
· Co-ordinate BA & contact customer to collect money on time;
· Responsible for document filing of sales invoice;
· Responsible for order releasing, generate billing and manual control for overdue payment customers, follow through action plan to resolve;
· Responsible for monthly inter-company accounts netting and reconciliation;
· Responsible for monthly accrual and provision relating sales expenses (bad debts, TOA, Commission, etc);
· Responsible for maintaining of customer master information;
· Responsible for month-end closing of AR;
· Prepare AR related account reconciliation;
· Provide yearly AR aging report;
· Support annual audit;
· Prepare Customer statement and reconcile with Customer;
· Other projects or tasks as assigned.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
· University degree in Finance & Accounting;
· Qualified Accountant;
· Above 3 years of accounting experience;
· Computer knowledge in NC or JDE, spreadsheet and word processor;
· Good written and spoken knowledge of Mandarin and English.
主要工作职责:
· 应收款的收集,负责应收款相关的日常处理(包括记账和开具发票)
· 开具发票;
· 协助租赁部门及时收取客户租金;
· 负责发票的文件存档工作;
· 负责发出账单、生成收款和手工控制预期付款、追踪解约事项的处理;
· 负责内部公司间的月度对账和调节工作;
· 负责有关销售费用的月度预提工作 (如坏账, 免租期, 佣金等);
· 负责维护管理客户信息;
· 负责应收帐项的月度结账工作;
· 制作应收帐项调节表;
· 提供应收款年度账龄报告;
· 协助年审工作;
· 准备客户报告并与客户核对一致;
· 其他上级交办的任务。
技能、资质及工作经验等方面的要求:
· 财务/会计专业大学学历;
· 持有会计资格证;
· 3年以上会计工作经验;
· 会使用NC或JDE系统及电子表格和文字处理软件;
· 较好的普通话和英语读写技能。
