职位描述：
1、根据公司和产品发展策略，制定产品开发目标及规划；
2、行业用户需求挖掘，进行客户拜访，收集用户需求，给行业客户提供产品开发建议；
3、行业应用产品总体解决方案编写；
4、把控产品开发项目周期和进度，并与相关部门有效沟通，推进项目；
5、行业产品市场调研，分析竞争对手产品状况，提出产品优化改进意见；
6、有地产/物流/医药行业/保险与信托/广交会等行业的项目经验优先；

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，7年以上行业经验，3年以上产品管理经验，至少2年以上产品开发，架构设计经验，具备良好的宏观技术把握能力；
2. 有大型企业信息化产品管理经验者优先；
3. 对智慧城市等项目有一定了解者优先；
4、具备较强的语言表达能力和报告撰写能力，善于对用户需求及行为、产品发展等进行深入分析；
5、思路清晰，具有良好的组织能力及判断能力，善于交流，善于掌握新知识、新动态，具备学习能力。
6、具有强烈的进取心，乐于团队合作，较强的推动力和执行力。
