Duties :
- Administration of the specification and quotation process as directed by Merchandiser
- Obtain quotes on price, delivery, packaging and other terms of trade as directed by the Merchandiser
- Produce all reports required by the MM/merchandiser
- Liaise with factories to ensure they can deliver against the requirements of the tenders/quotations submitted and orders placed
- Liaise with the supplier to ensure goods are shipped on time and within the terms of trade agreed with the buyer
- Ensure all appropriate import/export duties and legal requirements are met
- Liaise with the respective Shipping function to ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with the QA function and suppliers to ensure QA issues are addressed as
- directed by the Senior merchandisers
- Ensure all labelling requirements are met and meet any legislative requirements
- Ensure opportunities identified for Yellow and Blue sheds are co-ordinated and communicated effectively through the senior merchandiser
- Work with the relevant buyers to create product spec's / profiles

Requirements :
- University Degree graduate, major in relevant field would be an advantage
- At least 2 year working experience in buying office of foreign retailers
- A proven background in Soft Goods field is essential
- Familiar with USA or European markets
- Good command of spoken and written English, CET 6 is required
- Strong PC skills
