Responsibility:

The purpose of the regional Human Resources Manager function is to be local HR presence in large business locations and support business managers in HR matters for Metso Business Units in China.

Support to the implementation of global or national HR guidelines, policies, programs, processes and practices.

Manage employee relationship and communication, Ensure all HR matters consistent with the internal governance and compliant with external legal /legislations.

Coordinate the customer needs to occupational health services, etc.

Maintain a close liaison with the HR Business Partners, as well as other HRS teams within China.

The customer base of these functions will be all Metso employees, supervisors, managers and HR business partners within China.

This position will give you an excellent opportunity to participate and contribute to a major global transformation program within Metso. In addition this position can be a platform for further career development within Metso and within the HR function.

Requirement:

We are looking for a service minded HR professional with good leadership skills.

We expect minimum 7-10 years of experience in generic Human Resources Management.

Your personal characteristics include strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork capabilities and independence along with commitment and flexibility.

Native Chinese speaking and fluent English both verbally and in writing are also a key requirement in this position.

Knowledge of full functions in human resources management, change management in Metso will also be highly appreciated.
