职位描述
岗位职责：
1.前台文员负责前台服务热线的接听和电话转接，做好来电咨询工作，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，不遗漏、延误；
2.负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见，严格执行公司的接待服务规范，保持良好的礼节礼貌；
3.负责公司前台或咨询接待室的桌椅摆放，并保持整洁干净；
4.接受行政经理工作安排并协助人事文员作好行政部其他工作；
任职要求:
1.有亲和力，形象气质佳，口齿清楚，标准流利的普通话。
2.身高1米60至1米70之间，年龄在25岁以下；
3.工作细致认真，热情，积极主动，责任性强，处事谨慎、服从性较强，能吃苦耐劳，有良好的心理素质，具有团队精神。

Horon Group is an integrated enterprise founded in 2007 by Mr. Wu Hongxi and Fu Liwei. The business of Horon is composed by management and brands; we not only focus on general merchandise but also on the hospitality industry, transport, energy, agriculture, forestry, etc. There are number of wholly owned and holding subsidiaries under it, operating in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang and other Chinese first and second-tier cities.
