MY JOB

My job is:
To support the team in my Business Function to review performance by providing financial information to help them make better decisions on how to deliver a balanced steering wheel and the every little helps promises for our customers.

I deliver quality and reliable service to my customers and/or colleagues using the Operating Model

I spend:
30% of my time producing management accounts (period end process) and weekly reporting
30% of my time providing insight into key trends in my operational area.
15% of my time responding to requests for data
15% of my time producing data for draft budgets and forecasts
10% of my time raising journals

I know I've done a great job if:
? I provide accurate data to the business on time
? I answer queries promptly and accurately and deliver a great service to the team in the Business Function I support
? I provide accurate budget information in reports so that I do not get queries
? I fully understand the data sources for my reports and how they are used so that I deliver accurate information
? I send out communication which is simple and easily understood
? I can manipulate data to provide meaningful insight into opportunities for improving performance in the Business Function I support
