Important Competencies:

l Registering of the parent company’s plant construction contracts with the local government authorities; conducting of negotiations with the local fiscal authorities, including coordination of the registrations between the parent company and the customers

l Establishment and coordination of the ongoing fiscal administration of assembly projects and the related staff deployments to China in collaboration with the parent company

l Assistance in the clarification of the legal, financial, and fiscal issues of staff deployments to and assembly projects in China

l Organization of the ongoing legal and fiscal compliance in China in collaboration with external advisors and the parent company

l Supervision of the project-related staff deployments to China and of all related compliance issues in collaboration with the parent company

l Independent clarification of issues with and consulting of the fiscal authorities in China and external advisors

l Observation of and assistance in the development of compliance directives and processes to ensure risk minimization for the employees and company.

l Assistance of Krones China or the parent company in all fiscal matters

Knowledge/Experience:

l University degree in business or legal studies, with a focus on taxes

l Profound knowledge of Chinese fiscal law, with at least two (2) years of professional experience in an industrial enterprise or a tax consultancy firm, ideally with relations to international plant construction projects

l Basic proficiency in accounting, income tax law, labor law, right of residence law, and international fiscal law

l Ability to work independently and without supervision; personal initiative; capacity to work under pressure; and ability to work in a team

l Readiness to engage in ongoing professional development courses in the fields of law, taxes, and finances

l Proficiency in the MS-Office programs Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

l SAP proficiency will be considered an advantage

l Native Mandarin speaker; oral and written fluency in business English; proficiency in German will be considered an advantage

l Above-average willingness to travel

克朗斯机械(太仓)有限公司主要进行零备件及更换件的生产，同时，为客户现有的克朗斯设备提供升级服务，特别是技术支持服务、售后服务等等。公司的目的就是集中营运, 为中国客户提供强大的区域服务支持。 此外，克朗斯集团在全球设有3个设备生命周期管理服务 (life cycle service) 海外分公司，中国的克朗斯机械(太仓)有限公司是其中之一。

2007年，随着国内用户的不断增加，公司成立克朗斯（太仓）贸易有限公司。同样坐落在太仓的贸易公司，更大程度上分担了国内用户对整线系统的需要，其中包括整线的匹配，备品备件的采购以及物流的协调管理。在***程度上降低了客户的成本，满足了客户的需求。
同年7月，培训部门的加入成为克朗斯太仓的另一个亮点。克朗斯根据中国各个地区的要求不断的更新着培训活动。量身定做的课程；经验丰富的专家；设备齐全的厂房，在克朗斯太仓，通过克朗斯培训课程，可以有效的使客户通过最低的花费保持最新的技术水平。
