People: 人员管理
o Responsible for the performance and development of the member of his Sales Team; individual coaching, guiding and performance reviews of each individual person in his team. At least once per year

- Target:目标管理
o Target setting for the graphic teams in the different offices, broken down from the company target

- Strategy: 战略管理
o Responsible to define long term strategy of this product group and to align with Senior Management. To ensure the development in the direction of the strategy
o Prepare and align action plans for/with the different offices. To do this for existing and new markets

- Senior Management: 汇报高级管理层
o Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance

o Has a leading function for the Specifying/Marketing Team (today consists of three persons)
o Has a leading function for the application department (today consists of ? persons)

- Traders:贸易商管理
o Has a special Key Account function to the group of traders. To establish and improve the existing trader system. Maintain the relationship and conduct changes, build up new traders, in alignment with the Senior Management
针对贸易商有特别的关键客户,建立和改进已有的贸易商体系,维护关系,实施变革,与高级管理层保持一致的情况下,建立新的贸易商
- Meetings:会议组织
o Organize quarterly meetings with the Sales team to review/update target achievement, performance, updates from the factory, market situation, trainings and all relevant sales topics
组织销售团队季度会议,来回顾和修正目标达成,业绩,依据工厂的更新,市场情况,培训及所有相关的销售主题

- Education and Skills:教育和技能
- English英语
- Experience of the printing industry印刷行业工作经验
- Over 8 years of experience in Sales and at least 3 years as a Leader/Manager销售经验8年以上,至少3年的领导或管理经验
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements很好的理解和把握市场和客户需求
- Willingness to travel in China愿意在国内各地出差
