职位描述
岗位职责:
1. 建立产品标准成本核算分析系统及完善及改进ERP系统;
2. 负责公司各项成本、费用的归集、核算、结账分配和分析,公司ERP系统中各类财务处理账目录入;
3. 严格审核进入生产成本的开支,按照选定的统一步骤、方法归集、分配、计算产品生产成本和劳务成本,计算出各产品单位成本和生产总成本;
4. 负责编制成本费用财务报表和本单位目标成本完成情况表,分析成本费用升降因素,预测成本发展趋势,提出降低成本和增收节支的措施和方法;
5. 了解掌握公司原材料的变动成本,检查产品成本以及核算相关主要产品(半成品、配料)等材料的加工费用;
6. 正确进行销售成本的计算与结转工作;
7. 执行存货盘存制度,定期与仓库核对数据并实地盘点,检查监督出、入库手续是否完备,确保账物相符;
8. 在标准成本计算的基础上支持销售队伍的新产品报价;
9. 根据月度、季度、年度财务状况主持各项财务分析,并对所得分析结果做出解释;
10.完善公司资产管理制度,负责资产设备的记录及盘点,固定资产折旧的计提;
11.配合上级主管进行年度的预算工作;
12.完成领导交付的其他工作内容。
岗位要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,金融或财会专业,具有初级以上会计职称;
2. 4年以上相关财务岗位工作经验;在化工行业担任过会计的优先。
3. 具有较全面的财会专业知识和企业管理知识,熟悉财经法律法规、熟悉税法政策、成本控制等;
4. 较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析的能力;
5. 熟练掌握MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint等软件,熟悉财务软件系统
6. 良好的组织、协调、沟通能力,和团队协作精神,能承受较大工作压力;
Job Description
1. Responsible for the cost accounting analysis of the establishment of standard cost systems and improvement and optimization of ERP systems.
2. Responsible for t categorizing, accounting, application and analysis of expenses and costs, to deal with all types of financial accounts records in the company ERP system.
3. A rigorous examination of the costs of production, in accordance with the selected steps, categorizing methods, to allocate, calculate the production costs, labor costs, unit cost and total cost of production
4. Responsible for the preparation of financial statements and cost objectives of the unit cost of completion form, analysis of cost variance, to predict the cost trend, to propose the measures and methods to lower costs and increase revenue and reduce expenditure.
5. Understand the company’s variable cost of raw materials, inspection and product cost accounting related to the main products(semi-finished products, ingredients),such as the cost of materials processing
6. The right to carry out the calculation of cost of sales and carry-over work
7. The implementation of inventory systems, periodic check with the warehouse and field inventory data, inspection and supervision of, the adequacy of storage procedures to ensure that the accounts were consistent with
8. In the standard cost calculation based on the sales force to support the pricing of new products.
9. According to the monthly, quarterly, presided over the annual financial state of the financial analysis, and proceeds to explain the results of the analysis
10. To improve the company’s assets management system, responsible for asset and inventory records of equipment, the provision for depreciation of fixed assets
11. To assist the financial managers prepare the rolling budget yearly.
12. To complete ad hoc jobs.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 4 years work experience in accounting or finance field
3. Familiar with PRC GAAP, China tax laws, rules and regulations
4. Strong ability in cost analysis, risk control and financial analysis
5. Very familiar with PC skills, at least one accounting software system
6. Self-motivated, high integrity with management, willing to take responsibilities, be devotional, and leadership and communication skills.
