职位描述

工作职责:1、负责组件NPC及TT相关设备和使用材料的评估工作,与设备厂商仔细讨论,完成设备规格书,设备评估比对表,配合完成相应设备招投标工作。2、负责组件NPC及TT设备的安装、调试,保证设备按期投入使用,持续进行设备的维护保养,组织实施设备技术员的技能培训和人员管理。3、负责组件NPC及TT设备的技术开发并将其导入制造环节,依据产能和效率提升状况进行设备改造与升级,以提升机台效率和产品良率。4、根据组件NPC、TT设备原理,完成产品规格定义并追踪状况进程,优化工艺以满足产品设计和客户需求,协助生产提高产能;5、负责组件工艺的相关工作流程的建立和监督,完成NPC、TT技术转移、工艺优化及制造整合等相关事项的解决与处理。6、根据产线效率提升状况,实施公司降本增效,解决NPC、TT产线异常,提升机台效率和产品良率;7、配合生产、技术部门进行各个工段生产设备、生产物料的选型与导入,完成产品不良跟踪、改善、统计与解析报告整合;8、对质量事故做出分析、提出解决建议,配合质量部解决生产过程中突发的产品质量问题;9、培训新员工,带领团队持续提升各项能力,使其胜任本岗位工作,做好团队建设。 任职要求:1、机电一体化、自动化、机械、电子等理工科相关专业,本科及以上学历。2、三年以上组件工艺&设备主管经验,熟悉NPC、TT设备(层压机、自动组框机、自动打胶机,红外线自动测试仪)和工艺相关安装、调试、维护经验,有光伏组件设备改善及改良工作经验者更佳。3、精通组件的制备工艺,具备现场解决异常的能力、统计调查分析能力,善于发现寻找并解决问题;能够独立解决NPC、TT组件现场工艺问题并具备持续改善组件品质的创新能力。4、具有较强的品质管理、流程控制、统筹组织及沟通协调能力,具有良好的分析及解决问题的能力,能够熟练使用autocad、office通用软件。5、动手能力及服务意识强,有设备评估经验和相关建厂经验,可单独完成设备评估及相关工作。6、具有诚信务实的品质,积极进取的精神,团队合作的意识,以及良好的责任心和执行力。7、具备良好的口头及书面表达能力,可以使用英语或日语进行沟通者优先。
