Duties and Responsibilities
? Analyze Website and conversion performance, trends and click stream path analysis activity
? Analyze and report on the behavior of web site visitors and members.
? Work in coordination with the Developing and Marketing Departments to test and implement new strategies in the areas of online forms, marketing banners, website menus and page layout based on customer usage and conversion rates.
? Create key success metrics based on business goals.
? Provide the analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement of web presence including but not limited to the areas of site content, customer usage and functionality.
? Provide and present reporting to various levels of management on a weekly basis.
? Report on any trends based on customer usage
? Oversee the process of the improvement lifecycle of testing, analyzing results and then implementation
Skills:
? The Web Analyst must stay up to date on current developments and news in the industry and provide recommendation of possible improvements to operations.
? BA or BS with strong analytical skills,
? 2-3 years Analysis experience
? Understanding of Digital Media and E-commerce landscape
? 1-3 years experience with Google Analytics, WebTrends, Omniture, Urchin or similar enterprise level analytics package.
? Ability to demonstrate understanding of other Web site measurement toolsets
? Understanding of Internet technology, URLs, domains, and database concepts
