Job Description

· Conduct strategic analysis, prepare business cases and perform business intelligence research within the Brazilian region

· Influence program/product decision makers.

· Evaluation of market potential, competitor accomplishment s and industry structures

· Formulating , presenting and implementing market development plans in Brazil

· Develop, review and report on the marketing development activity and results

· Producing business plans

· Performing required business recruitment and trainings

· Evaluating potential business partners and market opportunities

· Establishing marketing operations in compliance with both national and the company’s group wide procedures

· Report to the Program Manager/Director who reports to the CEO

Desired Skills & Experience

· University degree , MBA would be beneficial but not essential

· Experience and successful track record in business development within the Brazilian Region and familiarity with Brazilian business culture

· Confident communicator who can present ideas in a clear and precise manner.

· Over 5 years of experience in marking position and preferably in IT industry

· Commercial skills/business acumen

· Strong analytical skills

· Ability to work on multiple tasks, priorities simultaneously

· Team player with a track record of leading and implementing change

· Strong collaboration skills
